The Department of Health and Aged Care (the department) has been working closely with the sector and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission to clarify inclusions and exclusions under the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program.
To accompany recent updates to the HCP Program Operational Manual: A Guide for Home Care Providers, this Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) fact sheet will support providers and care recipients to clarify what is included and excluded under the HCP Program.
